Production design across a four-person indie team
Hands-on game design, task breakdown, content production and technical workflow support across several web-game projects.
Play Park a Labubu ↗
01 · Problem
A small team needed to move several projects from rough concepts to playable releases while keeping design, content setup and visual direction aligned with a single programmer.
02 · Design decision
Handled day-to-day design and production work across Deadly Descent, Tear Blocks Down, Crazy Motorcycle and Park a Labubu: designed levels and systems, broke work into tasks, set up content and visuals, and iterated directly with the programmer.
03 · Current result
Park a Labubu went from concept to release in roughly two to three weeks with around 20 levels. Across the projects, production became a concrete loop of design documentation, task creation, content setup, visual direction and implementation iteration.
