Technical production support and content workflows
Technical production support for a project running on a custom engine, focused on making content workflows less manual and easier to repeat.
01 · Problem
Repetitive XML/JSON preparation and transfer from Google Sheets created avoidable manual work and hid bottlenecks in the existing production workflow.
02 · Design decision
Automated the data path with Python and Google Apps Script, built small internal scripts and tools for recurring tasks, and simplified individual workflow steps where automation made sense.
03 · Current result
Selected production operations became 1.5–4× faster, while the content workflow became more repeatable and easier to maintain.
